The Middleton Lodge, set in rural North Yorkshire is a stunning a diverse wedding venue pouring with natural light and surrounded by beautiful gardens.
Rosanna Lilly and Rosie Green (along with their incredible team) brought the Fiesta to the Fig House. And they did not disappoint. The shoot was filled with pops of colour and gorgeous dreamy boho styling.
At the end of last year I invested in the new Nikon Z6 ii mirrorless camera which I was waiting to be released for ages and it was WORTH the wait for sure. I previously shot on 2 D750s and these are great, awesome cameras and my main reason for moving to mirrorless was the autofocus – particularly face and eye detect features. The autofocus on my D750s just wasn’t great and with my Sigma Art lenses I was having a lot of back focusing issues, even after they’d been calibrated.
This dreamy boho shoot at Wellington Wood, Norfolk, was featured over on Whimsical Wonderland Weddings!
This shoot was full of macramé, Persian rugs, a gorgeous Norfolk woodland setting and let’s not forget the stunning golden hour we were so lucky to be blessed with! I wanted to create something warm, but autumnal and with intimate boho princess vibes. The eco-friendly venue ‘Wellington Wood’ was the ideal location for my vision – full of character, tipis and heart, I knew it would be the perfect setting.
The wedding planning process has changed significantly in 2020 and into 2021. I’m here to share some GOOD news, and give you the tips that I’ve learned over the past year.
Whether that’s at a registry office in London, or at a venue, you can still have an incredible day!
You now have full control over the guest list. You get to invite the most important people in your life to be there, and you actually have time to be with them. Your wedding is about the MARRIAGE, it doesn’t have to be about a huge party if you don’t want to.

Such an incredible team for this outdoor boho wedding set up at Hillfields Farm. This was a super fun, yet romantic and intimate shoot with stunning details and lots of dreamy boho vibes all pulled together by M.Fiore Events and Dellicate Events and I was SO pleased to be a part of this amazing day.
There is SO much when it comes to planning a wedding, especially when it comes down to the timeline of the day. How much time should you allow for everything??
It’s daunting to even know where to start, but I would recommend the best place to start is the ceremony time, once you have this confirmed everything else can fall around it. Then allow for a few buffers here and there in case anything runs over (which it normally does!!)
This London Bridal shoot was all kinds of beautiful with the incredible Ersa Atelier dress that contrasted so amazingly against the urban London background and gave the biggest princess vibes! A cold December day meant a cosy jacket was a MUST so Rebecca wore her gorgeous deep green fluffy coat which just added to the look so much.
This London Elopement inspiration shoot was SO much fun and screamed all kinds of beautiful when it comes to small intimate city weddings. I absolutely love the bridal suit and hat combo with the stunning elegant bouquet, and look at those awesome heels??
